The work of Jerry Uelsmann explores and pushes the traditional boundaries of photography. For example, all of Uelsmann’s work is completed in the dark room. While other photographers in this era would use the darkroom just for printing purposes, Uelsmann used the darkroom as a place to express his creativity and manipulate his photos.
