Why the Super Bowl Should Come to Kansas City “Every game I've ever played, regardless if it was pre-season or Super Bowl, meant the same to me, and I laid it all on the line.” Brett Favre. People love the Super Bowl because it’s the biggest game of the year for what some people call the most competitive sport. Having it in Kansas City would boost the city’s revenue and perhaps more people would come and visit again. The three reasons the Super Bowl should come to Kansas City are, the city has great transportation, hospitality, and food, it’s in the middle of the country so no one will have to travel cross country, and that the Super Bowl has never been to Kansas City, and where else is there to host it that’s as great a place as Kansas City?
Before the game even starts I predict that the Carolina Panthers will come out on top. I believe that they will win because they have been playing amazingly all year round, and they also have a strong offense and defense which can make explosive plays very often. Overall the Panthers will come out on top but the game will be a close game because both teams have the determination to win and want to advance to the next round of the playoffs. To start off the first quarter Seattle kicks the ball off to the Panther, the Panthers return it to the 25 yard line. The next play the Panthers run the ball to Jonathan Stewart for a 59 yard run!
Aidan’s Fantasy Growing up i've always liked football. The Dallas Cowboys to be exact. My fantasy would to play on the Cowboy’s team, and now that fantasy is coming true.
I jumped up but still was looking at the tv because my favorite episode of Chicago Fire was on. But at the same time looking at the person that just came out of a bottle at the same time. Then I paused my show and first thing I said to him was” how did you get in that bottle. ”Charlie said “well if you have to no I was trapped in here by a cat and yes a cat little girl. “ In my head I thought that this was going to be the weirdest day of my life.
Growing up, I never thought I would be pursuing a career in the medical field. I can remember stages of my childhood where I wanted to be a teacher, a horseback rider, and even The President. The turning point for me was The Running Dream. I read this book when I was a freshman in high school, and it was so good that I realized what I wanted to do for the rest of my life: work with prosthetics. The book The Running Dream by Wendelin Van Draanen is about a high school track and field prodigy, who lived and breathed to run.
My t-shirt and gym shorts bleed sweat as the scorching sun above burns without mercy. Dust is being flung into air, burning my eyes as people run around the diamond. Sweat trickles past my eye as I look onto the field. The weather is starting to warm up meaning that P.E. is now played outside. I can still remember when I chose to take this class, it was freshman orientation, I was sitting in the cafeteria, Mrs. Sugden was rattling on about required courses for us to take.
I slumped into the couch, not knowing what to think or where to go from here. I was still in shock. Well, not really. The writing had been on the wall for a long time, I should’ve seen it coming. Even then, it’s still hard to swallow.

When I was only a couple of months old my mom and I were stuck in an airport due to delayed flights. The only luggage we had was my diaper bag and a backpack full of baby toys. I was miserable and cranky the whole entire time which didn’t make my mom feel better. At the time I had no idea what was going on but now that will be stamped in my memories forever.
