By putting this recommendation into action now, I expect to become more connected to my coworkers, more visible to upper management, and more capable of making effective decisions in future leadership positions. Finally, my third change will be taking a more energetic approach to furthering my education, so I am able to have the skills I need to make effective decisions with the two-up, two-down approach in mind (Schmalz, 2015, np). Tom was falsely accused of rapping Mayella Ewell, a young woman who lives by the dumps.
SPC Clark achieved the XVIII Airborne Corps Noncommissioned Officer Basic Leader Course graduation requirements with an overall 94.43 grade point average. She achieved the APFT standard by scoring an overall 270 with a 90 in two out of the three events. She showed great understanding and command presence in both PRT and Squad Drill. Her communication skills showed through the, Communicate in Writing, Oral History Brief, and Conduct Individual Training, were not only top in her squad but in the class as a whole. SPC Clark was very attentive to her squad as the squad leader.
Leadership, as per my understanding, could mean leading others to rediscover themselves by providing guidance, not through what-to-do lists, so they would reach the necessary urge to reach a better state personally and professionally. During Dorsch employment, I have noticed great potentials in my colleague; I convinced him to switch jobs from a drafting person to a civil engineer, by presenting the textbooks and resources needed, guiding him along the transition phase and by presenting, through examples, how easily could be the learning process and transition. Along my career, I lead my colleagues to produce integrated solutions, by creating the urge to know the answers of different what-if scenarios for their solutions; I bring textbooks and tools to convince them; I present examples of what should be done, the benefits of efforts done and the consequences of careless isolated solutions. Not only one colleague now is persuading her dreams by studying post graduate in Netherlands, but also she got an award to be distinguished;
One leadership style I have obsesrved of both a project manager and superintendent is to lead by example. Both the project manager and superintendent play major roles in a project, and starting a project with a motivated, positive attitude can set the tone for the project environment. When these two roles show positive qualities, others involved in the project will as well. Another management style that I have observed of a project manager is having an “open door” policy by always welcoming questions from other project team members. There are several strengths and weaknesses associated with each of the above mentioned leadership and management styles.

Introduction Effective leadership by professionals is crucial in all healthcare organizations. The way workers define leadership has changed from generation to generation, however, a common description of leadership is the motivating behavior of an individual directing the activities of a group towards a shared goal. (Ward, 2017) Influencing group activities and coping with change are some of the key aspects that an individual in a leadership role will be working towards. According to an article, "management is about coping with complexity" and "leadership is about coping with change", therefore, both aspects are critical to a successful leader.
Leadership Thought Prior to 1900 The earliest study of leadership thought would be the “Great Man Theory. This theory conceptualized leaders as a single “Great Man” who knew everything and influenced others to follow him. In leadership discourse, the Great Man theory—an assertion that certain individuals, certain men, are gifts from God placed on earth to provide the lightening needed to uplift human existence—is associated mainly with Thomas Carlyle (Spector, 2015, p.250). The focal-point of this theory is that leaders’ skills are inherent and set that them apart from those around them and that these traits enable them to assume roles of power and authority.
