The cohesiveness of a company's team has an important impact on the management and development of the company. In a highly competitive marketplace, where there is instability and low morale within the company, new leaders should set goals and strategies to improve cohesion in order to meet the challenges of managing and growing the company and to ensure that the company can become a sustainable competitive advantage. Cohesiveness is an important characteristic of a team, and valuing employees can have a significant impact on employee and team dynamics as well as organizational operations. A different leadership style can have a different impact on team cohesion. Creon, who was the ruler of the country, adopted an authoritarian leadership style in order to consolidate his power and maintain his authority. He does not listen to anyone's suggestions, and even insults those who make them, ignoring the reasonableness of those suggestions. For example, Creon treats the choir's advisors: "That's enough! Or I'll lose my patience. Don't talk like an old fool" (Sophocles, c 5th century BCE), and Creon was advised by his own son, Haemon, that "the best thing to do is to be willing to listen to wise advice" (Sophocles, c 5th century BCE). BCE), but Haemon's "mutually respectful" and "humanitarian" approach to leadership was rudely evaluated and attacked by Creon. It is evident that Creon maintained a paranoid and dictatorial attitude in his dealings with others.
