Introduction
Leadership is interesting topic, as it is important to understand and identify when we are talking about leading teams and business to success and grow based projects. Many resources and readings in week 4 and 5 are about leadership and other related aspects drive to ask Some questions to discuss in this key concepts paper: Is leadership and management different? What are the differences? Is it necessary for project manager to be a leader? What are key attributes for project manager? And others. Northouse (2013, p.7) suggested that leadership can be learned and not a trait that come with inborn qualities only. Leadership is a power that can comes from position or personal (p.10). Different approaches were discussed by Northouse text: trait, skills and style approaches, all explaining a side of leadership theory and all of them have strengths and weaknesses.

Northouse (2013, p.12 &13) mentioned the differences between leadership and management, and stated that traditional management focuses on planning, organizing, staffing and controlling in plus of Creating order and stability. Leadership emphasizes the influence, adaptation and constructive change. And this is clearly explaining the impact on project management since the project manager PM can be a leader to his team to achieve project goals by influence team and either all other stakeholders. I can say Leadership as a big circle and management is inside that circle.
