Every business has its ups and downs, . Whether a small business or a large enterprise, a business will run into problems that question its survival,; and this is all determined by the basis of the business; how it was established and on what grounds was the business initiated.

The most obvious reasons to why some businesses crumble gradually is that they may lack in, communication, leadership, planning, paying attention to the small stuff, producing an attractive products, motivation, or selecting the right set of skilled employees and so on. However , every businessman knows these issues and knows to that he/ she should avoid them before starting a business.

2.1.4 Authentic and real leadership

Real leadership is hard to find these days,; one that motivates, inspires, empowers and innovates all at once,. Even though these are the characteristics every leader should have, out in the real world it is completely different from what is written in paper;. Most leaders these days only desire results without evaluating the processes,; however a real leader should be driven with hard work and commitment, being transparent and most importantly being real to himself and others; being just you is enough.

This factor is not only beneficial in business, however in an everyday life as well. When a business is organized and detailed, it is easier to find the gap, what is missing and what needs to be done; and when everything is documented and in order, it makes the business go as smoothly as possible. 2.1.8 Making sacrifices

Every business has a different meaning for sacrifice,. In order to strive and flourish there are some sacrifices that need to be made, such as some business make materialistic financial sacrifices, for example capital, recourses, and so on. Additionally, all businesses, no matter how small, need to sacrifice time, as every successful business needs 100% of the businessman’s time and effort in order to make the targeted visions a reality.

One of the most well known sayings in the business world is ‘ the customer is always right’.
