Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci, the leading artist of his time period, was born in Vinci, Italy (April 15, 1452) to a wealthy family having a legal notary. He died at age 67 in Amboise, Kingdom of France (May 2, 1519) where he spent most of his lifetime. Leonardo began his career as an artist by becoming an apprentice to a known sculptor and painter named Andrea del Verrocchio at age 15, and later he continued his career by showing interest in science and nature. This was a big opportunity for Leonardo and gave him the chance to serve as an engineer, architect, and designer of court festivals at his time period. The artist was also credited with the inventions that he created at least on the paper, such as drawing a tank, parachute, and helicopter

His mother died when he was young, so he grew up with his father, seventeen half-siblings, and four stepmothers. He was homeschooled, and, once, his art teacher asked him to draw a picture of an angel.

After the Black Death many people thought that it was God that was mad at them so they believed that painting and other sorts of artwork would appease him. Although there were good painters and artists some became legendary, for instance Leonardo Da Vinci who was a pure genius he was an engineer, architect, and scientist. Other great artists were Michelangelo, he was famous for creating moses which was sculpted and made from marble, Raphael who was famous for painting The School Of Athens, and Donatello who was famous for remaking David out of bronze. Leonardo da Vinci is recognized to be one of the best Italian artist in his time. However, he isn't only known for his art, but also his scientific studies. Leonardo studied a variety of scientific study, from science of mechanics to anatomy, his interest in the human body and it's movement helped peaked him into an interest in art. I am fascinated by him because he accumulates that he was just an Italian painter, but he was an inventor and engineer who revolutionised our world with his models. He had an inquisitive mind and was a keen intellect. Leonardo da Vinci worked upon the laws of science and nature, which had a huge impact on his work. Leonardo da Vinci was ahead of his time and he appeared to sketch modern day machines such as a helicopter.

Fathered by a respected attorney and mothered by a peasant, young Leonardo received little formal education beyond the basics of mathematics, reading, and writing. However, his father and uncle, who both raised him, had an appreciation for art. They encouraged Leonardo, and at around the age of fifteen, he was apprenticed to the noted artist Andrea del Verrocchio of Florence. With him, he studied and perfected carpentry, leather arts, drawing, sculpting, painting, and metalworking.
Even though he seems so famous he really only had less than two dozen paintings that helped him get his fame and recognition. His paintings varied, they weren’t the same they were always so different. Which made his painting amor enjoyable!
I decided to do my research paper on extremely well known artist and genius man of 15h century Leonardo da Vinci. I thought the idea of writing about Leonardo da Vinci my simse very banal and seems like everyone knows about him and his famous artwork yet I felt like I didn't know much about him. In addition for that I find myself being very interested in renaissance and Leonardo da Vinci was one of the renaissance artists. By doing some research about Leonardo da Vinci not only I found out that he was scientist, writer, designer, sculptor, inventor but also he was very unique and somehow a lonely person.
I wholeheartedly support the liberalization of trade among states, and the WTO has brought more good than harm. The world is too deep into Globalization and it has been developing at a very rapid rate as a result. A policy regime based on Protectionism at this point in time will only bring conflict and stagnation. While protecting jobs may sound like a very appealing goal on trade policy, this could induce a trade war whose harm will outweigh the good that protectionism promises to bring (Werner et al.). WTO has members from almost every country in the world, and its progress towards trade liberalization is unlike anything the world has seen before.
