Company Description
The company that my manager works for is Sirens as a Assistant Manager. Sirens is a retail store for girls and women. The store has an assistant, a store manager, keyholders and then the rest are sales associates. All positions work together to merchandise clothing, cash out products, stock and day to day loss prevention and daily checklists. Throughout the month they get head office visits, to make sure that the store is operating at its best.

I interviewed my older sister Jeev Dhillon she work at Sirens as an assistant manager.

Duties and Responsibilities (top three)
Jeev is in charge of the Daily Loss prevention and store operating checklists and managing staff and making sure all tasks and responsibilities for the day and week are assigned properly. She makes sure the store looks its best at all times and associate are held responsible for the cleanliness of the store. She is responsible for other duties like making the schedule and completing the health and safety checklist weekly.
