The three most important tasks I regularly perform is taking care of SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevent Plan), creating weekly work plans, and running the daily huddles with all the subcontracotrs. It’s my responsibily to make sure to do SWPPP inspections twice a week, and fix any problems that can lead to violations. As for weekly work plans, I have to collect every subcontractors’ tasks for the following meek, and put it into an excel sheet so we can go over it at the foreman’s meeting with the senior superintendent. Using the weekly work plans, I go through every single task and ask each subcontractor’s foreman if they completed it during the daily huddles. All three tasks are assigned by the senior superitendent.
On September 20, 2017, I became very ill and I wasn’t able to make it to attend class when Marty Keith came to speak to the class about his career choice as a Vice President of Professional Services for Methodist Hospital. In Trenton New Jersey the PNC Foundation is trying to build children’s education. “Children from low income families hear as many as 30 million fewer words than their more affluent peers by age 3” (Rojas).The PNC Foundation is trying easier ways to help children with there education. For example, the organization brings children to museums. “The museum concludes story time groups, actives and learning sessions to teach kids how to talk and read” (Rojas). Also this program is trying to get families more involved with helping their children’s education.

Justification Church & Dwight have a large group of companies that they have acquired through the years, yet consumers have no idea who Church & Dwight are when they are using the product. Church & Dwight need a better marketing plan; a plan that shows the consumers they own the brand that the consumer loves so dearly. The company needs to implement advertisements to inform a consumer of who they are. With the competition rising in the domestic household products brand, it is a necessity that Church & Dwight educate their consumers on who they are.
