Controls shows how the marketing plan will be put into action, how the performance among company personnel will be measured, and when adjustments will be made necessary. Controls shows analysis of how the projected plan compares to the actual performance. Our company will conduct a customer feedback through polls and surveys after a purchase has been made, whether it's in person, through phone or online. Adjustments will be made depending on the rate of customer satisfaction. Lombardi will have four different possible scenarios that will protect the company. The first possible scenario will to be the moving of our headquarters and/or facilities if the building has damages from a natural disaster. Operations will be temporarily or permanently moved (depending on the severity of the damages) to a new location within the province that contains vacant buildings and facilities to lease and hold operations. This is critical, as it saves money and the amount of time lost from daily operations. The second possible scenario is the prevention of data loss due to such events like a power outage or server crashing. Critical data is backed up using a data backup service called Iron Mountain. If an event takes place where critical data loss may occur, all employees should be notified to immediately backup their PC's. The third possible scenario is the possibility of a product (car) malfunctioning or parts inside the product that's recognized as unsafe or unreliable. Customer safety is one of the top priorities for customer satisfaction. Manufacturing parts that are unsafe or unreliable to hold the product's structure can hurt the company's reputation, which will result to losing a significant amount of customers.
