Martin Luther King Jr. was an amazing man. He helped a lot of people. He was most known for being a civil rights activist. Named after his father, Martin Luther King, he lived his life in segregation. He went through school and graduated college with a degree in the field of a pastor. After the arresting of Rosa Parks, he quickly started to make a change. He started his movements with the Alabama/Montgomery bus boycott. The boycott was lead because of black people being forced to give up their seats to white people. The boycott was a success. After a long time of walking and busses losing money, Congress officially made it illegal to deny a person 's rights on the bus. It was little but it was a start to a change for the whole country.
