Transition: Now before we dive right into how to make ice cream and I don’t make my four-minute requirement. Let’s talk a little about the history of ice cream.

Transition: knowing how far we have come it now makes making ice cream yourself seem much easier.
II. How to Make Ice Cream
1. Simple three ingredient recipe
a. For this simple recipe you’ll need an electric mixer and a 9inch bread pan.
b. 1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp of vanilla bean paste, and 2 cups cold heavy cream
c. Mix with electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes then pour into bread pan and let freeze for 6 to 8 hours. And voila!
d. To personalize you can put any fruit you’d like in a food processor to puree and then mix into ice cream before freezing.
2. Classic ice cream in a bag
a. For this recipe you’ll need 1-quart size storage bag and 1-gallon sized freezer bag. (I’m not going to say any particular brand because they’re not endorsing me.
b. The ingredients are 1 cup half and half, 2 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 3 cups ice, 1/3 cups sea salt
c. In the small bag put half and half, sugar, and vanilla. Leave some air in the bag. In the gallon bag put ice, salt, and the quart sized bag. Shake for 5-7 minutes or until the ice cream forms in the small bag.
