It was Me vs. Titrations Round 2. My first trial proved no different from last year’s. The second: another failure. But for my third trial, I finally did it right. It was not the concept of titrations that challenged me, but the skill required to carry out the procedure: patience. I learned that only through patience could I achieve my goals, whether in chemistry, neuroscience, or any other challenges I face. There was no better feeling than seeing that last drop fade into a pale pink solution. 2.
