Today our world is so connected more through technology, people are so busy and have no time to always go out and be social. Social media and other similar sites make it easier to meet new people as well as new places to find people with similar interests! This particular company's goal is that very thing. MeetMe Inc.'s Mission Statement is "to become the leading global service for meeting new people".1 Their site has apps for apple, Android, Ipad and tablets!
They are in the social media business, and with technology and the internet growing, they're making millions! The services they provide are helping people socialize daily. 80% of their business is coming from mobile apps! More then 1 million active users are logged in on a daily basis. "MeetMe is a leader in mobile monetization with a diverse revenue model comprising advertising, native advertising, virtual currency, and subscription."3
