I always recognize, respect and work well with different personality styles and culture of the staff and volunteers. Taking in consideration the situation with the Market’s staff, I maintained a flexibility around my work schedule to ensure critical business needs are met. I have the ability to effectively prioritize not only when I have been informed about needs and changes made by the staff, as well when presented with conflicting, delayed or unclear information, I am able to successfully resolve any problem if it is within my authority. I am able to define and align systems and processes in areas of my responsibility with the organization’s systems and/or objectives. I work with established systems and use systems to achieve results. My integrity in all business transactions is well recognized and acknowledged. I am developing a pool of qualified volunteers to assist as required to ensure the successful execution of all administrative tasks including reception, preparation of materials for events and mailings, and fundraising event support. In 2016, I recruited volunteers for the March for Babies Palm Beach and Signature Chefs Auction Boca Raton, Palm Beach, and had made sure they are informed about the March of Dimes mission. I am working with volunteer coordinators to make sure volunteers have been fully supported and engaged. I also recruit Kohl’s volunteers for March for Babies Palm Beach and Signature Chefs Auction Boca Raton, Palm Beach. I was able to recruit a permanent Office Volunteer for the Palm Beach
