Due to the rising health care costs and to reduce the costs associated with obesity many companies are seeking ways to create a healthier work environment and encourage employees to make healthier lifestyle choices. The article implies that the workplace environment can often encourage and at times give the employee no choice but to choose healthy lifestyle choices.
