One of the news, which is attracting the attention of public’s opinions is an unarmed black teenager, Michael Brown, was shot to death by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri. The case is in the process of investigation; however, the details about the death of Brown is in dispute. There are still so many information and evidences that have not been verified yet. Because of this case, the protesters in Ferguson has been created to justice for the black boy who was shot and killed by the police officer. In one sense, the act of police officer, Darren Wilson, is considered as violence acts, even if Brown was suspected of stealing cigars before encounter with Wilson. However, there is no death penalty in the United States for such an offense, but Wilson gunned down and killed the young man. There has been conflicting information about the shooting death of Michael Brown. Police said that Brown was overacting during a confrontation with Wilson, but the witnesses said that Brown was attempting to surrender and was shot without provocation. This details is still in dispute but no matter what if the police is white, or black, he should not shoot an unarmed teenager several shot to death. If it happens to the middle class white person, there would not be protests for justice because of the officer would be punished quickly and would be in jail.
