Hello, I 'm Makinna Bentz, a senior at Washington County High School where I have gone to school since my last year in preschool. Before Washington, I lived in North Platte Nebraska where I was born and went to preschool for two years. I have a family of 5 with a younger brother whose a sophomore and sister whose in 3rd grade. We live outside of Washington on a farm where we raise cattle and horses. My dad is a Veterinarian and my mom is a technician at the clinic.
Last night on the Tonight Show, a very special middle schooler appeared to talk about what makes them tick. His name was Saatvik Sunkavalli. Everything about his introduction was customized to fit his personality. The set was mostly ride, showing how he was passionate, intense, and adventurous. The music that introduced him was happy by Pharrell Williams.
Discoveries can be fresh, meaningful and extremely influential in the emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual realms. This compels individuals to introspect, whilst formulate anew their perceptions and values towards the world, leading to an altering of individuals understandings on themselves and others. Discoveries can be influenced by one’s personal, cultural and historical context, leading to a challenging of previously formulated perspectives. Furthermore, discoveries can be triggered by the uncovering of fresh and unique information that challenges one’s predilections.
