Behavioral Leadership It is all about what the leader does and how he is perceived to do it. In other words, the theory revolves around the behavior displayed on a day-to-day basis. Anybody who visits a barbershop in Nairobi and probably elsewhere, must have been continually reminded of Mike Tyson, the former no nonsense heavyweight boxer.
