People in today's day and age constantly suffer from stress, anxiety and depression. Owing to such a fast paced life, stress comes easily and engulfs the lives of people, causing them to feel overworked, depressed and often irritated. Depression and anxiety is extremely common, but when this state of mind becomes consistent it can become harmful for the people suffering from it.Severe cases are categorized into mental disorders and can limit people in their daily lives, causing a severe impact on their work and relationships.

Many of the people experience different forms of depression and anxiety, whichmaystem from a trauma, loss, and accident or could even be hereditary. These depressive conditions can make people behave in an erratic fashion; they can become aloof and the affinity for drug addictionalso increases. The symptoms of such conditions can be monitored and controlled at the start but if they become severe, different therapies and regimes can be adopted. Health experts and medical professionals have conducted various kinds of research on these disorders and have come up with therapies like psychotherapy, medication and electroconvulsive therapy, as a last resort.
