As a leader in the military, there are many stress factors have impact on us. I know that the Air Defense branch has a high deployment tempo. This tempo cause officers in my branch to get out as soon as their obligation is over. As an Air Defense Fire Control Officer just this year alone, I have been gone 223 days and I deploy for nine months next year. This alone has place great stresses on my family life. By me not being home and spending time with my new wife has made me want to retirement sooners.
