In Lincoln, Nebraska, there are two completely different facilities that the Nebraska Cornhuskers play in. There is Memorial Stadium, which has a lot of history and success, and there is the two-year-old Pinnacle Bank Arena, where they are building a program. Both Husker facilities have a great game atmosphere and they are both located near downtown Lincoln. So what do you prefer? A facility that has a tradition of excellence, or a facility that is brand new, capable of hosting concerts and indoor events, and has successful seasons that are bound to come?
The new stadium is said to include many new and improved features including new state of the art technology, and a huge hospitality center. The SunTrust stadium will also be about 20% smaller than the Braves original stadium. Generally, the overall atmosphere of the Coliseum is upbeat and energetic but the atmosphere can change depending on how well the team is playing and the types of calls made by the referees. I chose the Coliseum as a location because there are mass amounts of people, generally a positive atmosphere and it is an excellent way to observe people acting naturally amongst their family and friends. However, this was an incredibly close game that went into double overtime so emotions were on high as fans anxiously awaited a Mountaineer victory. I could already tell there were many emotions that people were feeling towards their football teams. People gathered so close to covering each other with umbrellas.

I attended ASL Bingo on September 22nd, 2015. I was really nervous all day leading up to the event because I was not sure what to expect. I was picturing a really intimidating environment with the majority of people being Deaf. I was also nervous about knowing what numbers were being called during the bingo game because I only knew numbers one through twenty-nine. Once I got to the event and started meeting people, I felt better about it.
