When Hitler came into power he passed a law that all jewish people where different than everyone else. Then Many Jews are beaten and killed and 30,000 Jewish people are arrested and taken to concentration camps. But there was this one little jewish girl thought that “In spite of everything, I still believe people are really good at heart.” that quote is from Anne Frank. Her family was in hiding from the nazis for almost 2 and a half years before getting caught by the nazis, and taken to a concentration camp. I agree with this quote. I think this way because of the following character Mr. Frank because when they let a stranger stay with them in the annes for almost 2 years” Mr.Kraler:(.....) I know it’s a terrible thing to ask, you living as you are but would you take him in with you? Mr.Frank: Of course we will.”Mr.frank understands what Mr.Dussel is going through so takes him in. Mr.Frank knows they don’t have a lot of food but let’s Mr.Dussel stay with them anyway. Mr.Frank doesn't want a lot of people to go to death camps, so takes in a random stranger to live with them. …show more content…
Someone might disagree with me based on theis character, Mr.Dussel, when Mr.Dussel got mad at Mr.Van Daan when he was stealing food from the kitchen and got into a fight with Mr.Van Daan. On page 111 the text states “ Mrs.Frank: Anne, dear, you're not going in again to see peter? Anne: that’s my intention.(...) (Dussel can stand it no longer. He jumps up goes to the door and knocks sharply) Dussel: will you please let me in my room.”Mr. Dussel is always in a bad mood
