Strengths of communication and strategic skills were discussed with good details. Lessons learned on long-term plans, trusting others and creativity are apparent. However, discussion on professional goal lacks SMART attributes.
As I picture myself at graduation, I can't help but feel a sense of accomplishment and pride. The past two years as a Texas McCombs MBA student have been a transformative experience for me, both personally and professionally. I have worked hard to achieve my goals, and I am confident that I have made the most of my time at this prestigious program. When I first entered the program, my primary goal was to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as a business leader. To achieve this, I focused on building a strong foundation in core business disciplines such as Strategy, Operations and Finance.
Currently, I am enrolled in the undergraduate program in business with an economics minor at Notre Dame of Maryland University. My passion to learn, innovate, collaborate and work have resulted in various employment opportunities which have helped shape my technical skill set and strong work ethic. I am highly motivated by the opportunity to learn. In terms of teamwork, I have learned from experience the importance of exposing one’s strengths and weaknesses to the team to allow the team to effectively capitalize on their members for the resulting synergy.

Within my background and my past and future life experiences, I bring resilience, determination, and hard work into the GCSU student body. Having a challenging background has taught me to value hard work and the need for a great work ethic. This has molded me into a compassionate and hard-working individual, which has led me to be ready to support and uplift my peers. On top of that, my leadership skills have been fulfilled through various experiences, including leading teams and through school activities. All while doing this, it has shown that I think outside of the box very well, which shows that I excel in collaborative environments.
One’s Ability to Love “The picture I present to you is peaceful and human…” (Shelley, 120) Mary Shelley’s Creature says this as he asks Victor Frankenstein for a mate. The Creature is pleading his case for someone he can give his love to. Someone that can give him love in return. What makes a human, a human?
Due to my personal goals and values, I chose Queen’s University as I knew it was the place I could grow and thrive. I selected Queens University because I value challenges very highly (exhibit C). The growth mindset shows me, when an individual can overcome great challenges in both academic and social areas the individual learns multiple useful skills such as resilience and handwork (Yeager, Scott, Dweck). I knew Queen’s would challenge me both academically and socially, and it has thus far. I find fitting in harder than ever before and adjusting to the work load difficult.
My personal vision is to gain a deeper understanding of ethical business practices and to be an active member of the Haskayne School of Business (HSB) through volunteering and taking part in Haskayne-specific events. My most valuable strengths are cooperating with others, goal setting, dedication to projects, seeking academic help and flexibility. In the past, I have not had problems with my team members and enjoy collaborating with others. Furthermore, I set realistic goals for myself to accomplish. For example, I will create a study plan before a test to break down the content.
Thence, I also realized that it is important to maintain punctuality in order to be successful. Another key to success entails that an employee has to have a professional attitude in order to fit in the competitive market. According to my feedback, it is important for me to involve myself in internship programs in order to be in a position of understanding the important aspect of banking work. It is for this reason that I had the

During my time at the Haskayne School of Business I plan to become more sociable through building my leadership and networking skills while insuring I maintain personal integrity, creativity, and flexibility as I strive to advance my character. To achieve my vision statement using my strengths will be necessary in growing my noted weaknesses into strengths. I plan to use my outgoing nature to help me become more sociable by becoming active in the school events allowing me to meet new people and explore new ideas. Confidence is a skill I hold that will help me achieve my vision as it will help me network myself and create relationships. I am very open minded, allowing me to facilitate groups of individual ideas into one collective idea.
In this case, students experience the atmosphere of the work and familiar with the business environment, so that they understand the requirements of the employee, and it is beneficial to find own ability and the gap between the enterprise and the school.
