The presentation mostly focused on how to handle stress, prepare our selves for sleep and what and what not we should do to get a good night sleep. First, we were told that we should not use apps that count sleep cycles because they emit ultra waves that are not good for the brain. Second, we discussed about how long naps should be and the best time to take a nap. Finally, we discussed about caffeine and drinks that have the most caffeine in them I really liked the part about the benefits of naps and the best time to take a nap. I feel like I have being doing it all wrong because I used to take naps anytime during the day and lasted two to three hours. Apparently, we need only 20 minutes to an hour-long nap to get the best result. Regarding
