The Comparison of 1984 and World War II
There is no such thing as a perfect society. There will always be conflict and disagreement, no matter how hard we try. A utopia though, can cause citizens to lose their humanity. Like in the world of Oceania and Germany during World War II, people lost the drive to be themselves in fear of their own government.
