One of the most present day problems for teenagers today is how to handle emotions when it comes to hours of studying, several responsibilities, extracurricular activities and pressure towards themselves. Stress is the body's reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response that usually are negative thoughts and feelings. Research from Neal A. Whitman, portrays stress leading to a variety of outcomes or reactions from the effect it has on people such as the elicit feelings of helplessness, a foreboding sense of loss, the inability to do school work and the fear of academic failure. If the challenges continue without relief, it can lead to a condition called distress, a negative stress reaction which can lead to the primary physical symptoms of headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and problems sleeping. However, the following symptoms could worsen and bring numerous consequences along with emotional symptoms if they are lead further upon, such as depression, anxiety, heart attacks, stroke, hypertension, immune system disturbances which causes susceptibility to infections, a host of viral linked disorders ranging from the common cold and herpes to AIDS and certain cancers and putting your pressure focusing on something, or feel pain on your shoulders or back when sitting down studying for too long? The muscles tense up all together with sudden charge of stress and this body’s action is called chronic stress. It causes the muscles in your body to be in more constant state of guardedness. When muscles are tense for long periods of time it triggers other reactions with tension like headaches, migraine headaches and muscle tension in the area of the shoulders, neck and head. In general, stress has been increased on students as the years go by, and so are the levels of education and the need for extracurricular activities. Following that, the value of colleges with high education achievements rise, and so does the cost per year. It leads to an increased pressure for the parents to have enough money in order to take their child to college. Moms having problems finding the perfect purse, doctors having to read a variety of books each year for future medicine, adults battling with taxes, vogue competing against all the brands that copy their fashion, an overweight person having a plate of warm chocolate chip cookies in front of them. It all comes down to the main issue, the main source of the problem, stress. It is like a chain. It’s all connected. Analysing that, I think the government should decrease the payment of colleges in order to support better students without enough money to get a scholarship. This would lead to an increase of health for many students all over the country because they won’t have to push themselves too far to achieve the demand of colleges. Clearly, the government would go against that because colleges need that money to pay all the education and maintenance. Instead, the government should consider making that change and fixing some small details from the country such as the inverting
