As a manager of an accounts receivable unit I need to train my three supervisors and 28 employees in the new procedures. I will first conduct a needs assessment which is a process that will evaluate my organization, my individual employees, and the employees’ tasks to determine what kinds of training are necessary (Noe, pg. 203).
