During Q1-Q2 2015, I have achieve 5 out of 6 KPI target. The numbers provided below are average KPI from January to June 2015. Quantity of achievements: • Percentage of invoice posted against PO is 90.45%, which the target is 81%. Posting against PO can be maintained by not forgetting to deduct WHT and recording the correct amount of VAT.
Patient is a 51 year old Caucasian female living alone in her own home. The patient has a history and current syntoms of geralized anxity disorder, social phoina and panic attacks, which she takes madications for and sees a psychrist 2-3 times per month in Havasu. Patinets lives with six cats and the house environment is somewhat cluttered. The patinet is orinally from Glendale, CA., has a brother in Palmdale, CA, who is stays in contact with sometimes. Pt has a daughter in Big River, who is not supportive of her, but has three grandchildren who visit her.

A local GP should be able to recognise a service users symptoms and diagnose the service users symptoms of mental health or psychosis then they should refer the service user to an intervention service were they will then be assessed. There are several procedures that help to maintain this health and safety however they can all vary between settings for example, health and safety procedures will be slightly different and more focused on certain areas in hospitals and especially in paediatric ward compared to in drop-in centres where the needs and risk to service users are slightly different. Some of the procedures used in health and social care to maintain health and safety include; infection control and prevention, safe moving and handling of equipment and individuals, food preparation and storage, storage and administration of medication and storage and disposal of hazardous substances.
This process recording will discuss an observation of the caregiver of a client that the student worker has been visiting for the several weeks. This client is a Caucasian female, 71, with dementia; her primary caregiver is her daughter. Although, this client has dementia she is able to respond to question if asked but when conversing she is insensible. This week during visitation, the intent was to construct a puzzle with the client because she loves to participate in activities involves usage of her hands. As the student social worker began to separate the puzzle pieces she converse with the caregiver to ask about her weekend.

As a result, youth across cities today experience prolonged period of uncertainties; such that finding a job and attaining other cultural markers of adulthood are becoming increasingly asymptotic. There are some who have focused on political economic forces and associated structural problems, and others on social issues and movements which challenge classical notions of production, reproduction and citizenship, for those living in such precarity.

By doing my own research, I can try to be culturally competent on spirituality with Native Americans and this way I can better understand where my client is coming from instead of having no background knowledge and making them explain it all to me.
