There were many ways that ancient civilizations exchanged goods and services. All of them had the objective of improving better relations. In this essay I explain one reason for the establishment of the trade route or trade organization.
At the beginning, waterways were the most active trade routes, rivers like the Nile, the Euphrates, the Tigris, and The Yellow River were utilized. Subsequently, this led to cities originated in the shores of these rivers. During this time, cities extended using the water highways to import and export goods. In addition, when the domestication of camels happened, the travel overland flourished linking cities in India, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, and cities in Africa to the Mediterranean. One positive effect was that The Silk Roads enabled cultural dissemination. Thus, these roads brought materials, inventions, and ideas from China and Eastern Asia to the areas of India, Arabia, and Europe. So, traders from far away would deliver China's products to far places, so China's products became almost worldwide. These roads impacted China because the Chinese learned religion, arts and cultures from other countries. "The Silk Roads" made China establish more cities and towns. They traded not only silk and other goods, but they also exchanged ideas from different religions and different cultures so each person understood each other's beliefs. They also learned from each other how to use different materials. The people started to talk about their cultures and then they started to spread it around their own countries. Many artistic teachings were taught along The Silk Road and Iranian, Indian and Chinese art was able to reach different countries. Zoroastrianism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam and religions were diffused in Europe, Asia, and China. (What are
