On January 8, 2002, George W. Bush was the 43 President of the United States of America during this act. He signed the “No Child Left Behind Act” into law, which positively changed every student at school. During this time, Bush noticed schools failing a lot of students and so, he decided to provide a speech to bring awareness to the problem.
