When a conflict approaches, how would you overcome it? Everyone responds to conflict in different ways, but there is always the best way to handle it. Many important leaders throughout the history, such as Nelson Mandela, Rosa Parks, Winston Churchill, and Elie Wiesel, all responded to conflict in a similar way. These leaders are all recognized for their courage and bold actions they took during a conflict. They reached out to millions of people hoping for something to be changed. One well-known example is Nelson Mandela. Nelson Mandela was thrown in jail several times but never gave up fighting for what he believed was right. If leaders like these people stayed silent, the problems and issues may still occur today. As these people have shown, no matter how high the stakes are, you should always stand up for what you believe in and not let anyone get in your way.
