Hi Reneld, On Thursday, June 8th, I had talked to an advisor about schedule revision. She said that I do not need to revise my schedules, since there was a mistake with my program completion; that I am working on Associate of Arts Degree instead of AS2 degree. She said she already notified you about this. Have you received this notification?
If I had a chance to travel back in time, it would be the historical time period of John Smith. I chose to interview John Smith because of his leadership ability to brave the travels from England in which to help the country become prosperous. The ability to lead the group of settlers in Jamestown to become successful even with starvation at the doorstep of the colony. John Smith was born in Lincolnshire, England around 1579 or 1580. His parents were George and Alice Smith.
I have known Enerest Cooper for six years now and have interacted with him extensively in his capacity as an instructor in Law Enforcement and a coach on the football team. During law enforcement class, I have come to know Mr. Cooper very well, and therefore can comment on some aspects of his coaching and teaching. Mr. Cooper was being an amazing teacher and coach at Military Magnet Academy. Enerest Cooper is a kind, caring, hard-working and creative teacher, and it has been a horror working with him. For example, Coach Cooper established a want and desire in each person that he came in contact with on the football field and in the classroom.
Sitting in the nurse's office, I called my parents and they said they would be there as soon as possible, but camp but a little over an hour away. I ate probably five popsicles while sitting in the nurse’s office, but they didn’t taste as exceptional as they usually do since I was in pain. Originally, I was supposed to stay three more nights, but I guess my camp experience was over for that summer. Soon enough, my parents got there and we started our drive back home. My mom thought it was broken, but my dad swore it was just a sprained ankle that would heal in a week or two, so we waited until the next morning to go to the doctor to find
Newsday On a Saturday evening, in the Valley of Ashes a young lady named Myrtle Wilson was a victim in a hit and run. Wife to a man that owned a car shop, George Wilson. George Wilson was in a dispute prior to such a despicable crime. George never wanted anything to happen to his wife. The last words exchanged between each other happen to be nothing but negative.
Governor’s School Essay Response Ever since I was young you could always find me toying around with objects trying to figure out how they worked. Taking them apart, studying them, and then reconstructing them back together was a usual past time for me. Looking back I realized that all of the time I spent on learning how something worked was the foundation that flourished into my passion for engineering.
My Argument Stephen A. Douglas I didn’t want slavery to spread into other territories. Let’s spread slavery into the west, and other places. I’m more honest than many other people. I tell it as it is. It’ll show the world that we’re dominate.
Monologue of an Outsider (Running on stage) I’m finally home. (Taking off backpack) I don’t want to ever go back to school again. I wish I never moved to Canada.
Upon meeting me, not many people know that I am a first generation American. However, they are usually interested in the orgin of my last name. I am in fact Ukranian. Both my parents and my older sister were born in Ukraine. They immigrated to America in 1992 because of religious persecution that they were facing.
Have you ever went on a trip to Chamberlain? Well if you have you, probably didn’t go for the reason I did. Last year near the middle/end of the year I went on my first choir trip to Chamberlain to sing at the school. I went with two of my teachers and peers in my choir class. About a week and a half in advance we got told we were going to Chamberlain to sing.
It was an early December morning. The roads were slick with a thin layer of ice. The air was crisp with a winter chill and there was a slight drizzle falling from the sky. I was riding in my dad’s truck to my grandma’s, who babysat me while my parents were at work. My little brother Kaden was also with us.
In my opinion being American means not only living here, but following the law and respecting your elders, but it also means doing the traditions and and my family that is going to one of my family member 's house for Easter this year we went to my cousin Melissa’s and that is an Easter I will never forget. I always dress up for Easter or at least the first part. This Easter it was my cousin Owens first Easter back from Hawaii and after I got there the first thing we went to do was go see how many sports balls we could, we could catch he won because he has a bigger wing span than me after we did that, we went and had an Easter egg hunt and even though I didn’t get a lot of eggs we had a good time and I know my cousins Neave and Amy and the
When I arrived in the U.S at age 12 ½ it was a huge adjustment for me as I did not speak English. I was suddenly living with a family and not in the orphanage that I grew up in. it was hard for me to leave my orphanage in China I had lived there my whole life and thought of the orphanage as my home. After being adopted and now living in America I have so many opportunities I did not have in China.
When I first received your letter I was a tad disordered to be completely frank, I had understood things were going fairly smoothly, I comprehend the distance is challenging for me to suitably govern thou. Yet is it really necessary for you to not state these grievances in person? Do you seek me as unreasonable gent, is that why you didn’t do this all face to face? I consider myself to be one of the fairer rulers; back to the matter at hand- If you wish to leave I will not stop you.
January 11, 2013, I wake up to yelling, prayers, and crying. I walked into the kitchen where all the noises were coming from and I found my mother on the floor crying, talking on the phone with my godmother. My father was there by her side, trying hard not to cry while supporting his wife. I didn’t know what was happening, this was the first time I’ve seen my mom so vulnerable and broken. My parents didn’t tell me anything other than my grandmother was in critical condition at the hospital, but with god's help she would overcome this hard time.
