Recommendation for Northeastern Health Services, Inc.

Background: Northeastern Health Services, Inc.(NHS), a full-service healthcare company with remote clinics in small towns along the Canada border. Northeastern Health Services goal is to offer the latest state of the art services to its underserved patients in rural Maine. This includes complete medical imaging services with quick diagnoses and results. By partnering up with a major hospital in the greater New York area. Sending electronically the large imaging files must be rapid, secure and encrypted for HIPPA protocols.
Problem:
Northeastern Health Services, has created new clinics along the Canadian border and remote. The problem is becoming difficult to get the results to the clinics without a sustained high bandwidth internet needed to transmit large files upward to 100MB.
Solution:

The rapid changes in the healthcare system and keeping up with the changes, Northeastern Health Services would benefit from upgrading and giving better service to their current and future clients. Northeastern Health Services has partnered up with a major hospital in the greater New York area to provide imaging and other services. This has created a need for a reliable secure high-speed telecommunication service that can connect Northeastern Health Services and the remote clinics. The obvious choice is Fiber-Optic service because this take cares all of the needs of Northeastern Health Services.
