: I have experienced this type of leadership style during my early years as a soldier. Now that I have had a chance to be trained alone with training of other troops, the training has given me the desire to reach for greatness. The enthusiasm is what motivates me to give it all I have. I am writing to this audience with hopes to advance the next soldier to stride for excellence. It takes a very enthused leader to push young inexperience soldiers to exert their energy and find their own way to be enthused. The reason I consider it to be the best is the fact I have years of experience in enthusing others and being enthused the same. This topic reminds me of my time in the military. A soldier learns early in their career that a soldier will advance in ranks being unmotivated and unenthused. I have experienced many different clichés and sayings that do represent everyday life. The other topics to choose from were good; however, I think I chose the right one that fits for me. The topic I chose was Nothing Great Was Ever Achieved Without Enthusiasm. I selected this topic because it explains and help others to understand the way some people adjust to life and being enthused by the right people. The military supports any ways to build team spirit and boost morale. In achieving the greatness that soldiers gain while on active duty is not comparable to a worker on a job might get. The front line is considered the point of attack in many situations. Some troops may have hard-time or may be in tough places, the person watching his back would have to step up and add the encouragement to enthuse that soldier through the situation. Without enthusiasm we would not have the desire to compete to be physically fit. Each morning was very hard; even though, we were well trained in physical conditioning, it was not motivating to work out at four o’clock in the morning. It became easier to get up and to it when we enthused each other. We would make it to the morning formation and that is where it would start. We all could see and hear the notions of enthusiasm.
