Through this course of health professional education we took many topics whish are related to our life in general and in college in specificity. However, the most common that four that I enjoyed and learned from a lot are time management, E-learning, and leadership skills. What I learned from time management is the skills to how to manage my time effectively in many useful ways that has made my life more productive. Also I learnt how to achieve my goals in less time using some good technics such as 20-80 rule. Another thing that I knew is time management stages and it is arrangement which also helped me to achieve all my goals. I found out how to avoid procrastination by knowing its reasons and the steps to beat it. Scheduling and how to make my schedule effective are also new things that I just knew. Moreover, I learnt that the scheduling has three kinds which are, long term schedule, short term schedule, and intermediate schedule which is a weekly schedule. I thought doing multi-tasking is one on the ways of managing time, but from this lecture I learnt that it is one of the common time management mistakes. In my opinion, I thinks every student should pay attention in this lecture, and try to develop their abilities in leadership. What I like about this lecture that it was very helpful for me and I found out how to be a good leader in the future by knowing about leader responsibilities and skills. I learnt what is the basic tasks of leader and what it is focused on and how to deal with any conflict. Theories of leadership is another good thing that I learnt and it is types which are traits theory, behavioral theory, and situational theory. Moreover, I learnt what is leadership style and I found out that I'm a situational leader according to the situation.
