Nowadays, Obamacare has been a controversial topic in the U.S.. The current government may change ACA, but the data show that more Americans claim that universal health care coverage is the responsibility of the government. They think Obamacare brings many benefits, including addressing the problem of expensive health service costs and ensuring that most people have access to health care. However, the survey shows continued differences on this issue of race; African American, Hispanics and non-Hispanic whites. Nevertheless, ethnicity as well as income, determine the willingness to agree. The new governing government and citizens, not only feel the benefits, but they also feel more disadvantageous. The government tries to solve the issue of controlling costs, but it causes the patient to extend the care or unavoidable rationing. The bill prompted the government to be in a dilemma. The starting point for the government to implement this act is that it is good, but the difficulties encountered in its implementation are hard to avoid altogether. When the government wants to give up since it suffers from too many unfavorable factors, it cannot be completely discarded because it has paid too much. It takes a lot of money and manpower to implement both of the two options that the government continues to execute or terminated. For U.S. citizens, they think Obamacare infringes on the freedom of the individual economy. This deprives them of the right to choose. In addition, Obamacare has resulted in worse quality of medical service and longer waiting times for treatment. Also, the issue of medical funding has not improved either.
