Under The Sea Exploration
Hello fellow classmates.
My name is Filip, and today I will be presenting my perspectives on Extreme Exploration.
Extreme Exploration, such as in space or at the bottom of the ocean, is worth the risks to some people because it allows us to fulfill human nature and advance humanity. However, others argue that it is not worth the risk because it’s dangerous, but what’s life without exploration, experimentation, or dangour. It’s in our blood to take risks.
Though exploring the ocean is much more beneficial then exploring space.
First off, the ocean has plenty of advances waiting to be unlocked.
This is shown in the commentary, “Why Exploring the Ocean Is Mankind’s Next Giant Leap”, mad by Philippe Cousteau, where in lines 46-55 it states, “that can yield discoveries that will help inform everything,” and, “AZT, an early

This shows how there are many advancements just waiting to be found.
Secondly, the ocean has barley been explored.
This can be seen in the article, Oceanservice, where they state that less than 20% of our oceans have been explored and 70% of our planet’s surface is water.
This means that our oceans cover most of the surface and we only explored 20%, there is a whole new world to explore. Right here.
And, according to Google, the closest planet is 33 million miles away, and it isn’t even habitable.
So why go explore space when there is a whole new habitable planet right here.
Some say that we need to explore space because it’s human nature to explore the unknown, like what’s said in the article ,Why Space Exploration Is Worth The Cost.
And this is a reasonable point. However, The same thing could be said for the ocean, after all it’s mostly unexplored.
In Oceanservice the author states that more than 70% of the planet’s surface is water and we explored less than 20% of
