Jimmy valentine is a famous, or rather infamous bank robber that just got out of jail. He found a new town that he would like to stay in. He also goes by the new name of Ralph Spencer. Jimmy Valentine was truly dedicated to living a moral life because he changed his name, he was about to give away his robbery gear, and he gave up crime to start a shoe company.
Kyam Livingston was a 37 year old mother of two, from Brooklyn, New York who died under police custody in July of this year. During an escalated argument with her elderly grandmother, over alcoholic consumption police were called to the scene. Prior to this altercation, Livingston had made an agreement with her grandmother, a legalized order of protection that was established prohibiting alcohol or fighting in the household. When police arrived she was immediate arrested and taken to King County hospital where she was given treatment for her intoxication. About 8 hours later she was taken to a holding cell in in Brooklyn to wait arraignment.

I picked to write about Alvin Ailey because I feel like this is the decade and generation that his legacy died in because when it comes to dance no one thinks of Ailey as the founding father his dancing is a lost art.. Alvin Ailey was an amazing dancer and choreographer with his own unique dance style. His talent was referenced in Fresh Prince of Bel Air and a different world his style is what makes him stand out from other choreographers. Dawkins and the Selfish Gene by Ed Sexton is an analysis of Richard Dawkins’ selfish gene theory. In his analysis, Sexton clarifies the many misinterpreted ideas and values of Richard Dawkins. Sexton introduces his analysis of the selfish gene theory by first telling the readers how sciences such as Darwin and Fundamentalism have impacted social and religious views on how humans operate and how humans should operate, in other words, morals. He continues by showing that to simply define what a gene is, is not an easy task. Sexton proceeds to dive into the science of replicators (the selfish genes) and their vehicles (the organisms).
