Part A: In today’s society there are many mixed feelings about abortion, many are pro for it and many are against it, some of the actions for this are because of their religion, social opinions, and political view on this situation. Firstly, religion, there are many different perspectives for each religion. Especially on harsh topics such as abortion. Such as Buddhism, which allows for abortion in certain circumstances such as if the child will be born retarded or if it will be too difficult for the parents later on when the child is born. Christianity, “One of the earliest Christian writings, the Didache or the Teaching of the Twelve Apostles states: "You shall not kill the child in the womb or murder a newborn infant." As well as other religions such as Islam, Hinduism, and Judaism all refer to abortion as a crime. …show more content…
Due to the child not even being born, and not knowing anything people would see this as the most innocent killing, as well as them being the most helpless due to them being in the womb of a women. Abortion is also seen as one of the most frequent death’s with approximately 120,000 pre-born children a year are aborted. Lastly, Political issues/concerns, there are always two sides to a story and for abortion there is one side where they say women are not entitled to ending an unborn child’s life, and on the other side there are people saying that women have the right since is it their own body. With this it can create lots of conflict due to the mixed results in this case it leads to many lobbying
