Mission statement – this organization is not for profit and promotes the safeguard of the mental health for citizens. Drawing upon mental health resources, the organization offers a range of services based on mental health services for prevention, education, diagnosis and treatment if needed. The organization is responsible for assuring that all services are addressed to the citizens that reside in the service area. For the strategic planning of the organization, the focus will be on the values of the organization, such as: Respect – individuals involved in the organization will recognize and demonstrate respect for the individuals that they work with as wells as for the customers that they serve. Effectiveness – meeting the needs by providing services and service actions that reach the outcomes. Responsiveness – ensuring that the consumer and community needs are implemented in ways, the organization may identify the needs in a timely manner.
