To change default and/or volumes: touch the screen display either on the individual waveform/readout or the right lower corner to bring up the pop-up list. Instructions To choose which leads to monitor, press the ECG waveform and choose the option for change lead, then choose which leads to monitor in. Adult: 120/80 Pediatric: Age BP 0-3 mo 65-85/45-55 2-6 mo 70-90/50-65 6-12 mo 80-100/55-65 1-3 yr 90-105/55-70 3-6 yr 95-110/60-75 6-12 yr 100-120/60-75 Instructions Select appropriate cuff size for the patient Attach the cable to the cuff Place cuff on patient’s arm Select manual or automatic readings on the NIBP selection screen Set the time limits on the NIBP selection screen to activate the cuff Select start (the reading will appear within 15 seconds) Activate the venous stasis button under the NIBP selection if using the cuff as a tourniquet Deactivate cuff when complete *This device measured blood pressure with an external cuff on the patient’s arm or leg Arterial Line Monitoring* IMPORTANT Remember to re-calibrate the system to each patient when attaching the line!
