Electrocardiographic (ECG) Monitoring

IMPORTANT
Alarm values/volumes come preset in the PRITI5. To change default and/or volumes: touch the screen display either on the individual waveform/readout or the right lower corner to bring up the pop-up list.

Instructions
To choose which leads to monitor, press the ECG waveform and choose the option for change lead, then choose which leads to monitor in.

Waveform Options
Size: Choose option for change size, then increase or decrease the size of the waveform to your preference
Color: Choose the color option to visualize the waveform in your preferred manner
ST segment monitoring: If desired and appropriate for the patient

NOTE: Other selections print rhythm strips and display

Instructions
Select appropriate cuff size for the patient
Attach the cable to the cuff
Place cuff on patient’s arm
Select manual or automatic readings on the NIBP selection screen
Set the time limits on the NIBP selection screen to activate the cuff
Select start (the reading will appear within 15 seconds)
Activate the venous stasis button under the NIBP selection if using the cuff as a tourniquet
Deactivate cuff when complete

*This device measured blood pressure with an external cuff on the patient’s arm or leg

Arterial Line Monitoring*

IMPORTANT
Remember to re-calibrate the system to each patient when attaching the line!

Instructions
Attach module and cable to the monitoring system
Select the arterial line (ART) via the touch screen, this sets a label for the screen
Select color choice and size of the waveform via the touch screen
Calibrate, also known as “zeroing” the waveform by using hospital system procedures and opening the line to air while touching the “zero” button (Note: An audio tune and message on the screen will be displayed once the calibration is
