On top of this BYU has an elite academic profile worth at least ten times the current cost of tuition. It’s a very competitive school and I can’t wait to be pushed to be the best student I can and fully live up to the potential I have. Furthermore, Networking at BYU is unbelievable. You can secure lifelong friends and extensive contacts for the future.
There are many characters in the Odyssey that helped Odysseus. For example, Athena intervenes in Odysseus's journey multiple times to help him. Another important character in the Odyssey is Circe. I continued to show leadership and service outside of the classroom by helping to start Wright State University’s first ever Global Public Health Brigades chapter. Yet above all this, I believe I bring a great deal of passion. My experiences have led me to the belief that the best investment we can make is in each other. It is my goal to elevate the communities I serve through compassionate care and the promotion of health. I believe I have proven capable of handling the academic rigors of medical school and that I deserve the opportunity to continue to prove myself.
To some, Utah may not be a desirable place to live or work, and other cities may provide better chances. But, the University is located in Salt Lake City, a vibrant and expanding metropolis with great restaurants, arts and culture, and outdoor recreation. As a Utah resident living in Salt Lake City, attending the University of Utah is a good decision because it offers top-notch education near home. For occupations like medicine, this helps students stay linked to their neighborhood and understand local culture and challenges. Utah natives might also benefit financially from attending school
At Willamette University, I believe I will be challenged academically and will be prepared for my future career in medicine. I hope by becoming a doctor, I will be able to contribute to society by finding new and more effective treatments to create a better quality of life for those who are suffering from their illnesses. I do feel I can be a part of Willamette’s mission to use what I’ve learned at college and use that knowledge to help others. Since I was twelve years old, I’ve always wanted to become a doctor with the mindset of wanting to help others. I knew that wanting to become a doctor would be a big commitment due to the many years of schooling I would have attend.
Knowing that I could be there for the many people who need medical attention and for their families would be extremely fulfilling. The medical field is ever changing; I am certain it will progress vastly in the years to come. I am highly interested in obtaining a degree and advance in my education as much as possible. My goal is to be accepted into a college that will give me the education I need to prosper in the forefront of medical and patient
In third grade, I was assigned to create a project illustrating what I wanted to be when I grew up. At this time, due to my positive experiences with doctors and my desire to help others, especially children, I decided to describe the role of a pediatrician as my future career. Throughout my childhood, whenever asked about my future aspirations, I confidently declared that I would attend medical school and become a pediatrician. However, as I developed, the answer to this question slowly began to evolve as I gained a deeper understanding of my values and the people I desired to serve through medicine.
At my technical high school, I am currently in a program studying early childhood development. I have gained experience working with children firsthand and learning how they grow and develop. This program is another part of what drove me to consider becoming a pediatric nurse. Attending Stockton will allow me to receive a good education and college experience while not going too far from home, but going far enough to be independent and grow as an individual.
Have you ever been critically ill or injured before? Well, if you have than you probably meet with a pediatric surgeon. A pediatric surgeon helps kids from birth to 21. They save lives everyday. But, becoming a pediatric surgeon is a long journey, but it is worth it.
My acceptance to Brigham Young University and my studies there have been a wonderful experience. Being a convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints I struggled with knowledge regarding primarily religious matters. The opportunity to be a student at BYU is something I am indeed grateful for. I had only been a member of the church for two months when I began classes; because of this, my knowledge of the Gospel has increased dramatically. The fellowship I was given as a new member was exceptional and the opportunities that have come because of my studies at BYU is appreciated.
I want to attend this university not only because I’m a fan but because The university of Tennesse at Knoxville has an upper level physicians assistant program, and I am very determined to succeed. I want to study things more in depth, so I can gain more knowledge. My reason for choosing this career is because I am very passionate when it comes to helping people, and I enjoy learning about the body and why things happen the way they do; therefore, I have always been interested in just about anything in the medical field. What I like about physicians assistants is they are not specialist, so they do not study one specific topic.

I am good at solving problems and I am not afraid to make changes in my life in order to accomplish what I want. I have an immense desire to succeed through hard work and perseverance. I am always eager to learn something new about the human body. The human body is something extraordinary, its captivating how the human body works and what it's made of.
A career in pediatrics If you love children and medicine is your calling, becoming a pediatrician is an excellent way to make a difference. “Pediatricians are physicians who provide health care to infants, children, and adolescent”(Ferguson). One of my future goals and the most important one is to become a doctor. It is my life dream, and the only thing I am seeking for. Doctor is someone capable to save and help others life in ways that are not possible in other careers. Being a doctor for me is not just like any job, it is achieving a dream I have since I was 6 years old. One of the main reasons I picked this major is my family; my family members are almost all doctors, and my dad too.
