Percy Jackson, The main character in the Lightning Thief is following the path of a hero in “The hero's Journey. Percy does not believe he is ordinary which scares him because he thinks other people don't either but he fights through it. He now goes to half blood camp with other non ordinary people he wants to be normal but he was born with a god being his father so he got half of his father's power and he is a son of one of the most powerful gods. That god is poseidon the god of water it self. When percy is wounded he just has to get in the water because it brings him power and heals. Yet percy is starting to feel more at home but he still does not feel right where he is so he is trying to get a quest so
