For instance, when the bull attacked Camp Halfblood Percy went into the fight wanting to help save the camp emphasis of the word help. Percy wasn’t fighting to make a proclamation for himself but to work together to defeat the threat. Admission and approval was what Percy was in search of.
Percy 's birth into his Hero Cycle occurs when he crosses into Camp Half Blood for the very first time. His subsequent call to adventure is when he consults with the Oracle. During his visit to the Oracle, Percy learns what he must do in order to be successful on his quest. Chiron, also known as Mr. Brunner, assists Percy in his initial preparation for his quest. He makes sure Percy, Annabeth, and Grover all have the things they need in order to be somewhat prepared for what lay ahead for them.
Percy has learned his role throughout the story as he journeys to bring back what was taken from his uncle (Zeus) to keep peace in the world. Some challenges was getting to know that he was son of Poseidon, being attacked by the three furies, and being betrayed by the ones he called a true friend to a King Titan
"The Sea of Monsters" by Rick Riordan is the second book in the "Percy Jackson and the Olympians" arrangement. In this book, Percy Jackson goes up against a mission to spare his dearest Camp Half Blood. Percy Jackson is seen nearing the finish of his seventh grade year and even though amped up for being finished with the school, and going to Camp Half Blood for the late spring, Percy is worried about a nightmare dream he has had in regards to his companion Grover. In the movie “Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief”, the main character Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon -- had things such as ADHD and dyslexia, and in camp Half-Blood Annabeth and many other of the people in the camp had their doubts about Percy, especially of the idea about Percy defeating Hades. (Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief) In the story “Danaus, Perseus, and The Gorgon” -- when Perseus’ mother Danae is taken ‘hostage’ by the evil king of the island that they were sent to, Perseus is sent on a quest in order to kill Medusa.
