In the wake of looking into the few changed callings in the arrangement of slides and checking on how each of them are dressed I conclude accept they are all dressed professionally. I felt comparable each photograph communicated demonstrable skill. With each diverse vocation field, they appeared to dress properly. They appeared to convey themselves professionally too. I accept that in the event that anybody in these callings did as they did again there wouldn 't be any issues with unprofessionalism in the working environment. I did have two problems with two of the photos. One of the photos I believed was a touch improper was the legitimate photos when the two individuals were talking near one another. The career that I’m getting into as a probation officer, I need to dress business easygoing consistently we end casual Friday where we can wear pants every day you have to introduce yourself as an expert. On the off chances that individually have guests that are high positioning we need to dress business formal. They also need to have a positive relationship with their offenders due to you need them to feel comfortable around you and let them notice that they can trust you so they can open up to you. Thirdly, they need to be encouraged to their offenders for example “The officer helps the offender set goals for improvement and encourages her to take the steps necessary to achieve them” (Kokemuller, Neil). Lastly, for a probation officer to be professional in this career they need to be a critical thinker as a result of at either point when connecting with a guilty party, the officer needs to evaluate whether the wrongdoer is being honest to goodness and genuinely satisfying the terms of his probation.
