Here I stand sweat stained while rain pours over my exhausted body, I had to keep going around the lake again to reach my goal. My head was spinning from the extra humidity in the air. This is the turning point for me, pushing myself further than I have ever gone before. I didn’t know if I could do it alone…. but I never gave up: I had determination to finish my run. At this point, I realized that I can do anything especially if it was a challenge. She is the type of mother that would never miss any event that her three children were engaged in even if they were simultaneously, the type of person to overcome the busy schedule of being a single mother, attending nursing school full-time, working full-time that still had the time to teach Sunday School at church. Growing up with such a phenomenal role model, I developed many of her enthusiasms. Firstly, I know I will be able to thrive with the smaller class size and individualized attention. I will thrive as a Christian leader that will help me serve others as well as myself. The personalization that you gave me was astounding making me feel welcomed and encouraged. Secondly, I am besides myself with the honor to serve on the baseball team as a Warrior. I am sure that I am will be a valuable asset to your team. Meeting the other team mates just cemented this feeling. Then finally, there are so many other clubs and organizations that I am interested in as well like Ultimate Frisbee Organization, Warrior Investment Club, Math Club or Rock Climbing
