Let me tell you something you already know life isn 't always about sunshine and rainbows, sometimes it can be really hard and not always the greatest. It isn’t always easy when challenging yourself to accomplish new goals. One goal I am working on is becoming a barrel racer. I am seeing a lot of failure and I don 't give up on my dreams because it is my goal to keep on going till I achieve my goals that I set for myself. Why one is because of fear and failure and what if it doesn 't work out for myself and the fear of not getting to be successful at my dream.

Around age 10 my dad got me one of those little badass compound bow beginner kits. Of course, the first month I went around our land sticking arrows in anything that could get stuck by an arrow. Did you know that a 1955 40 horse Farmall tractor will take 6 rounds before it goes down? Tough sumbich. That got boring, so being the 10 yr.
Dirt Bike Catastrophe Some four years ago on a small loop road, county road 355, hidden somewhere in the weeds was a convolution maze of dirt bike trails. It couldn’t have been but six months since my step brother, Austin and I started riding dirt bikes daily. We were nothing short of motocross eligible teenagers, jumping feet off the ground, sliding every turn, and being so dirty at the end of the day that two showers were necessary. All of these things changed very suddenly in a wreck that changed our lives.
Once we pulled into independence I was amazed it was so crowded with wagons once we went through I saw this small little general store so we went closer and it was called Jorgensen general store and there were stuff we might need so I thought I would check it out. The boys took the wagon to somewhere where we could stay for the night and to feed the oxen and the other animals while I go to Jorgensen general store. Before I went I asked all of my wagon train people if they wanted to go with the leader of our wagon train is mr Marvin Ives because they have 2 older sons ones 20 and ones 18 the second on after him is mr and mrs Larry Morris they have a 3 year old daughter and 3 oxen so they would be a good match for second in the train the third one is us we planned for it to be us because at the time we met which was at the bar and we all talked about it my wife and daughter were still alive and she was pregnant so we were gonna be close to the middle the fourth one is mr and mrs Paul brown they are cabinet makers that have a pair of oxen and are fit for there spot the last one is tony Wilson he 's alone
When I got back with my family, my grandma asked, “ Where should we go next the barn or the house.” I immediately
MY FIRST DIRTBIKE It was about noon on a hot sunny spring day, about two hours before lunch, when my Grandpa, Sister and I went to my Uncle Freddy’s house. There was a lite cool breeze. The trees leafs where as green as newly grown grass. The sun was burning bite in the sky. We could hear the freighters for awhile, long and low, like a big, big man talking.
I Love Rodeos I love to go to rodeos. I fell in love with rodeos at a very young age. I remember watching the horses trot around the arena. I would sit in the front row and admire the beauty of the horses. I love the atmosphere that rodeos have, it is indescribable.
We started going out to my grandparents’ house everyday to learn how to show and take care of the cattle. It was a very fun experience and I had learned so much about cattle. The fair was about to begin in a few days so we had to take the cattle in early before the fair actually started. The cattle were loaded up with all of the supplies and we were ready to go to the fairgrounds.
Off to Tahoe One day when I was visiting Tahoe my mom called a family meeting and she said we were all as a family going to move to Incline Village. I started crying on the inside but on the outside I was showing much exitement. I felt really sad but I didn’t want to disappoint my mom so I never told her.
I looked out from the passenger side window as we pulled into our parking spot. The trees were beginning to go bare in the frigid October weather, and the ground was covered in their dry, crispy leaves. The four of us were going on a haunted hayride tonight, a popular past-time for season. We clambered out of the car and left our bags behind. It had rained the day before, and it made the ground beneath us soft with mud and trampled leaves.
Here I was stuck in the middle of the woods in the pitch dark trying to find a way to get out of this horrid place. I could hear coyotes crying all around me, all that was going through my head was that they were hungry. I heard rustling in the bush right next to me and I tried to maintain my composure and proceeded to fiddle with my Dirt-Bike. It seemed like hours I was trying to kick start this bike, I couldn’t see a thing, not even my hands. I mostly relied on my muscle memory the whole time trying to find the fuel cutoff line which, seemed impossible.
I was in 4th grade going to 5th grade I was a big kid now. I could do whatever dad could do. If he could ride a four wheeler in the forest I could to. My Dad gave the ok to this idea, and my Mom, well she finally went along with a nervous look on her face.
All things in life can be enjoyable but also unexpected. Everyone has their own natural high. My natural high is riding my dirt bike. Even though riding my dirt bike is fun, it can also be very dangerous. It is very important to always wear safety gear while operating an off-road vehicle.
Back in 8th Grade, there is a car contest in my physics class. Which is to built a car that uses the balloon as the engine, and see who’s car can travel farthest distance. Like usual, I am so excited when I heard the contest, I want to win! Once I heard the contest, i begin to draw all my ideas I had to build the car. My first idea is to use big plastic plates to build the wheels.
