On 12/24/2017 at about 1400 hours, I was dispatch to the are of Craig Road and North Fifth Street in reference to an auto accident that involved a motorcycle (2000 Harley Davidson VIN:1HD1FBW388YY619800, NV PLATE#263522). Upon my arrival, I located a white male adult identified as Charles Higgins. Higgins was laying on the street with lacerations to the bridge of his nose and was unaware of his surroundings. Higgins. Civilians who stopped to render aid to Higgins stated he fell to the right side of his motorcycle and skidded along the roadway for about ten feet.
Like the classic saying has it “You can take the kid out of Brooklyn but you can’t take the Brooklyn out of the kid.” Same goes for Chicago this is my story. I was born in the windy city, on the south side. I wasn’t there for that long I was there till my fifth birthday, and then I moved to Boston, Ma with my mother, sister and I. However, I believe that south side raised me because every winter and summer vacation I would visit my grandmother or as she liked to be called “Mo-Mo” While visiting her I’ve seen some pretty harsh situations.
The zombie apocalypse was one of the most difficult periods in my life but having her around me during this time made everything easier. She rested her head on my chest and I was a bit surprised when she said that things are going to change from now on. She received a message saying that scientists are developing a cure for the zombie virus but it still is not available at the moment. Thankfully, there was no way that the virus has left the country as there was a total lockdown and no
At the beginning of this assignment, I choose inner city culture because I was under the impression that I knew at least a little about it. I live in the suburbs of Chicago, and my parents have often worked in the inner city, and so I have heard many stories. However, completing this project has shown me how little I know about other cultures, and how important it is to research before meeting a client. To begin, I have often been told that violence and poverty in the inner city are partially caused by bad parenting and drugs. While those can be a cause of problems in the inner city, just like they can be anywhere, none of my research identified those aspects as ultimate causes.
I often sit and think about the first time I met her, it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, a simple . A flashing red light and an annoying beep let me know upon trying to start my car that today was they day that it finally decided to give out. I could either walk the mile and a half back to my house or phone my mother who more than likely wouldn’t answer. I decided to take a seat on the poorly maintained sidewalk just beyond the front steps of Rutherford High School, the city’s pride and joy even though we haven’t won an athletic event in several years.
Before this, she was living on her own and her goal was to be able to go back home and do all the things she was doing before. At first, it was really hard for her to even stand up and put weight on her leg. As time went on, she was able to walk a short distance with a walker. Jeannie was beside her making sure she did not fall and I followed with a wheelchair just in case she got too tired to continue her walk.

This psychological assignment requires us to break a social norm. In my case, I decided to break an appearance social norm. I thought in something weird, but at the same time really funny. Therefore, I entered to my little walking closet and I took the most brilliant and extravagant high heels shoes that I found to wear them at a place when people usually used flip flops.
She was one of the kindest individuals I have ever met and was always there to lift my spirits when I was feeling down. I was always very excited to see her. She inspired me to become a Physician Assistant because I wanted to have the opportunity to have
I grew up in San Francisco, California and I am so happy that i did. My home state has always seemed so welcoming compared to others and it still continues to do so in my opinion. I believe that growing up in california has positively influenced me because it is so diversed and filled with endless opportunities. There are so many people from all over the world who come to california and it is an important aspect because it resulted to having me exposed to different cultures as I’ve grown up and it has changed my perspectives on many things in the world. Opportunities are also everywhere in california, for example , a program that i am attending called Breakthrough, it is a non profit organization that supports youth in receiving a good education and supports students on the path to college.
When I was in kindergarten, I did not have friends; my highs and lows oscillated on the approval of others who understood me even less than I did myself. For picture day, I remember being happy to wear my favorite shirt: a Strawberry Shortcake blouse with ruched sleeves. A girl deprecatingly told me I looked like a little kid. I never wore the shirt again. Although I already felt like an outsider, the situation worsened when I moved from Las Vegas to Hawaii.
She lived in a house on the other side of a river that ran through the forest. Her and I were so alike; lonely with busy parents and no friends. She was home schooled so it was hard for her to meet kids. My parents didn’t like us together so I began to stop telling them I was with her. We would go out; there wasn’t a whole lot to do so usually we would make things that we could out of the things in the forest.
We partied to the sounds of house music, a real unique ghetto style of dance music, blasting music by artists like Dj Montey, PinkHouse, and Dj Slugo. Our wild parties made people in the building mad, but we didn’t care. We were wild and young and we weren’t trying to hear them. Our parents were gone and we were under our own authority for the first time. We told the building manager that our parents had moved and they tried to set up meetings with them, but by that time they were already in Minnesota.

I have always been paranoid. I sleep with three lamps on since I’m deathly afraid of the dark, and have pepper spray with me every day that I walk home from school. I can almost never stay home alone, because of my fear of kidnappers and robbers breaking in. Scary movies are not my thing at all and on halloween I prefer to stay home and pass out candy. My biggest fear of all though, are the popular girls at school.
