One of my strengths is in creativity. I am person who excels greatly when I am able to be creative and have freedom to think outside the box. However, that can also become a weakness because for assignments that are more limited and structured I to find to be challenging. Another strength I have is being able to learn quickly from my previous mistakes. There are times where I mess up or do something wrong, but my plan is to put those failures to good use.
Goal Number One I didn’t know it yet, but the way I viewed the game of lacrosse was about to change drastically. It was a normal day for me. I was in eighth grade, and I was getting ready for school.
According to my strength finder survey, some of my strengths is being competitive, an achiever and a maximizer. Some weaknesses was paying attention for a long period of time, getting stressed easily and reading. There have been both internal and external factors challenging my success here at Georgia Southern. Internal factors have definitely challenged my success here so far. The amount of stress just makes you want to stop working and never go back.
Perhaps my greatest strength in Domain 4 is component 4a, reflecting on teaching. I am most proud of this strength because it has help me in all domains as an educator. As a teacher, I am always striving to make my classroom better for students. I am consistently looking for new strategies and resources to make my classroom current, vibrant and interesting. I see the value of reflection that I pass these opportunities along to my students.
My strengths also tend to make me feel self-reliant in which case I am comfortable working alone to optimize my talents, skills, knowledge, and innovative thirst. It is possible to work successfully in some projects as an independent person, but in most, the insights and contributions of others are paramount, thankfully, I am also relational and have no problem working in
With that being said, I am capable of handling what comes my way whether it is an easy task or an obstacle where I am faced with challenges along the way. Being able to adapt to any type of situation shows that I am able to roll with the punches and get the job done. It may be going out of my way to help another classmate on their part of a project while still having to finish my part, but in the end we are a team and finished together. This strength is also an asset in the workforce as employers look for people who can accustom to different types of situations. I believe this will definitely make me stand out from others when it comes down to the end
As a writer one of my two strengths are coming up with a story. Whenever I write I tend to have an idea on how I want my story to start and finish. I imagine what I want to write by putting my story in point form, gathering the necessary research before I move to completing the story. I feel organization and planning is important and effective to have a good essay. Every time I write I am constantly proofreading my work.
1. What are your strengths? Identify and describe A good strength that I possess is my ability to always stay organized. I can’t work in a mess with my things all over the place, I need to be neat have a visual patient plan to plan my work for the day.
I am generally cheerful though shy and quiet at times. I am responsible and try to give my best. A key strength of mine is being deliberative. For example, in planning for a programme, I tend to research past related materials, consider different options and pre-empt potential issues, so as to implement the programme as smoothly as possible. On the other hand, this sometimes becomes my weakness as I am stressed when faced with uncertainties or last minute changes which do not allow me much time to process my thoughts.
After knowing what my weaknesses are, I usually try to solve them and improve my skills. For example, I’m not a highly flexible and positive person, so I seek out to individuals who are flexible and positive in their lives and ask for their advice. Another strength that I have is that I usually have a positive outlook of my improvement, because I have seen examples of those who overcome their hardships and become successful in life, so I believe that if I try hard enough, I will be able to overcome my weaknesses. I’m also confident with my listening skills and my ability to focus on others and make them feel heard. I like to start on works and projects early so that if anything comes up, I will still have time to handle it.
My strengths include dealing with conflicts in a group, identifying my self-development and also what I need to improve on, supporting others is also another strength of mine due to the kind of work that I am doing, I work in a Mental Health care home supporting of others. My other strengths are working as a team which you have to do working with others, because team work is an essential part of a good working environment, team work works better with good communication skills. Also you work a lot in groups at university so working as a team is important. Lastly working with services users in the correct manner will help them to trust and respect you if given back, you have a duty of care towards your services users. . Parker, J Bradley, G (2003)
At this time of year, I begin to look back at my life after 12 hard years of schooling. Throughout the course of my life, there have been many ups and downs, but these up and downs is what made me who I am today. These influences have shaped my values, attitudes and beliefs towards life. There have been many important people and events that has impacted my life. One of which is family and the media.
A sense of accomplishment is invaluable to a person. Not only does a sense of accomplishment build confidence and faith in oneself, but it also allows one to reflect on how wonderful the journey to the accomplishment was, and how every little struggle and triumph was worth it. In the middle of summer, where time seems endless and the stress of the previous school year has been shed by students, I never expected to find out that I scored a five on both of the advanced placement exams I took. Nor did I have one-hundred percent confidence the goals we set as section leaders of the marching band would actually be met. Yet to my surprise, I had the good fortune of accomplishing challenging things in both aspects of my life.
In my foteen years of life i have missed many oppurtinies. I have missed many new experiences. I may regret some and might not even remember most. Some oppurtunities could have helped me advance mentally, physcsly or helped me in other ways, but i did not take them. Regretting events is not good for anyone or anything, because then you over think and feel even more angry at yourself and you wish you could go back and change your decision.
Strengths: As a student one of my strengths is organization. I can say I can keep my school materials and notebooks organized in a way that I and others can comprehend. The reason I can say I am organized is because, I have hardly ever had in the past or present any issues with trying to find homework or assignments because I always kept my materials for each class organized and in a place I could easily find. Another strength I have is social skills. I can believe that I communicate with others well in a group.
